Q&A

Q - When will I receive my order?

A – We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date you place your order.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class post or Courier for larger orders.

Whilst we know how much you love Thompson’s Teas and can’t wait to pop the kettle on, please do be patient to receive your order.

Q - Postage options

A – Postage is determined by the size and weight of your order and both shipping fees and delivery options are shown at the checkout prior to placing an order.

Q – Confirmation of your Order

A – When your order has been processed successfully, you will receive an automatic confirmation email which will include your order number. 

Your order will then be picked, processed and dispatched. 

Once your order has left the building, you will receive a further email stating your order is now complete, this simply means dispatched.  Following this email, your order will now show as ‘complete’ on your account. 

Q – An Incorrect Order

A - If you receive an incorrect order, please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing us at info@punjana.com or calling 02890 450631.  Please note that you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of your incorrect order.

Q – Refunds

A – If for any reason we need to refund you, please allow up to 7 days from the authorisation of your refund to show in your bank account.  In the unlikely event that you have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at info@punjana.com or calling us on 02890 450631.
